When writing a review, customers are asked to rate how likely they are to recommend car insurance companies on a scale from “Not at all Likely” (0) to “Extremely Likely” (10). Reviews that rated the company 7-10 on the scale were counted as likely to recommend towards the recommendation percentages outlined in this blog.
