Homeowners insurance review

Terrible insurance. Never made a claim in 7 years and when I had a ceiling leak disaster, the fun began. The whole bottom floor had to be replace along with baseboards upstairs and down and bathroom vanity and of course the ceiling repair, which was a hole approximately 20 inches by 20 inches. It took weeks for an adjuster to come out, then a couple more w ...eeks for a decision, then another week or so for my measly $11,000 check to cover the damage on 1100 square feet of flooring, 150 linear ft of baseboard, drywall repair, and a new vanity. When I tried to argue my point, they asked me to send them the estimates I received, well over $11000, and then nothing. I would call them back , no answer. Email them, no response. Just a horrible experience. Meanwhile a coworker had a laundry machine leak onto their floor and received $30000 within a week from their insurance company.
