While I was using it, I did not have any bad experience with it. The only two complains I had with them: First: it was their convenience charge fee when you were paying with a debit/credit card thru their website. This fee should be paid by them, not for the customers. Second: They did not disclosed the entire policy during the purchasing process. So when I ... tried to pass it to my rent cars, I realized this isn't not possible.
