What customers say about The Zebra
Some review sites such as Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Highya show a high percentage of negative reviews and complaints about The Zebra from users. These complaints allege that the site is a “scam” and users report that they have been unable to stop repeated calls from agents trying to sell them insurance after using The Zebra.
However, a recent Clearsurance survey of 69 users of The Zebra's website and services, showed very different, and largely positive results. The Zebra had the highest overall percentage of positive feedback from respondents of the nine online marketplaces reviewed in our survey.
The Zebra received a positive rating from 87% of respondents, earning an overall rating of 4.14 out of 5. Also 87% of respondents saying they were completely comfortable with how their information was used by the company. Similarly, 88.4% percent of respondents said that using The Zebra made for a better experience than if they had chosen not to use the site and 62% were likely to recommend The Zebra to a friend.
