What coverages does Jetty offer?

Jetty offers what you'd expect from any renters insurance companies. They also offer what they call "power-ups." These are additional coverages such as bedbug coverage or theft protection if you host an Airbnb. Jetty has standard policies, but it's also easier to customize if you need to.

Jetty also offers what they call the "Jetty deposit." Property owners still get the security of a security deposit. Tenants pay a fraction of the traditional deposit amount in either a one-time payment or monthly fee. Tenants who sign up for the Jetty deposit agree to keep the property in good condition and not cause excessive damage. If you violate that agreement, Jetty would recover the additional costs from you after the fact.

As you may have realized, Jetty doesn't sell in states as a whole. They sell to specific apartment buildings in certain states. To qualify for a Jetty renters insurance policy, you have to move into a Jetty apartment first.
