If you're buying homeowners insurance, Buckeye customers are in areas more vulnerable to natural disasters like catastrophic wind, hail, and tornadoes. If you're on a Buckeye health plan, your health care providers should take care of the claims filing process. Generally, if Buckeye receives your claim before 4 PM EST, they promise to contact you the same day. After 4 PM EST, you will be contacted the next business day.
